PLAYERS RATINGS: Chelsea 4-0 Hull City And Man Of The Match.

A great win for Chelsea ahead of the Champions League crucial decisive clash against Barcelona. Chelsea had an amazing start against Hull City where they scored just two minutes after the beginning of the match where Chelsea dominated the first half.

The second half Chelsea were already qualified to the quarter-finals with four goals in hand, and Antonio Conte wanted to end the match with the least effort, and Hull City wanted to score at least a goal which gave them some advantage. However, Chelsea ended the match with the desired result.

We will rate our players after every match, here are Chelsea Insider players ratings:

Caballero: A very calm first half, in the second half he saved a penalty and made a couple of good saves. 7/10

Cahill: An average match. 6/10

Rudiger: An average match as well, helped going forward sometimes. 6/10

Ampadu: Another good match for the youngster. 7/10

Emerson: An amazing debut, has a great pace and made an assist. He will surely make some real competition for Marcos Alonso. 7/10

Zappacosta: The second half was better, was close on scoring on the 70th minute as well. 6/10

Fabregas: A world class assist for the second goal for Pedro, started the second half with giving Hull City a penalty. 7/10

Drinkwater: He was more of a box to box midfielder today, was defending and attacking. 6/10

Pedro:  One goal and was always dangerous. 6/10

Willian: Brilliant performance with two goals. Was so close to scoring a hatrick.  8/10

Giroud: Finally scored his first goal, and two assists. In addition to his amazing positioning that gave his team an advantage. Morata has to fight for his place from now on. 8/10

Callum Hudson-Odoi: A calm second half. 5/10

Kyle Scott: Still young and needs more experience. Booked. 5/10

Alvaro Morata: Didn’t really impress in the 20 minutes he played. 5/10

Man of the match: The choice is between Willian and Giroud. Both did an amazing job tonight, Willian made Chelsea’s third half dynamic, and Giroud was always helping the team through his positioning. I will choose Giroud this time, one goal and two assists.

Antonio Conte (manager): A good match with the least effort, and a secured place in the quarter-final. Now the big match against Barcelona is the next task. 7/10
