It has been officially announced that Chelsea target will sign a contract with a club for a historical fee estimated to be over 105million.
Chelsea has received a blow after one of their main targets officially signs for their Premier League rival, Liverpool, for a historical fee. It is official that the Dutch defender, Virgil Van Djik, will arrive at Liverpool in the very first hours of the winter transfers windows on January the first.
Chelsea’s previous target will sign for Liverpool FC for over 105million USD, which is the most expensive deal ever in the history of the club for a player to arrive at the Anfield.
The Saints, Southampton have agreed to sell another player to Liverpool FC after selling several players in the past such as Dejan Lovren, Adam Lallana, Sadio Mané, and others, and now the Dutch defender, Virgil Van Djik, joins the list of Southampton players joining the Reds, Liverpool FC.
Chelsea were targeting to sign Virgil Van Dijk in the upcoming winter transfer windows after the issues between the Brazilian defender, David Luiz, and Antonio Conte, Chelsea’s manager, and the Italian manager looking to sign a new world-class defender to play in his three in the back formation, where Chelsea has only four defenders rotating in that position now which are Antonio Rudiger, Gary Cahill, Andreas Christensen, and Cesar Azpilicueta.
