Chelsea have officially revealed their starting Xl that will be playing today, Thursday, in the Premier League matchday 34 as a postponed match where Chelsea FC will be visiting the Turf Moor Stadium, Burnley’s stadium, in a very tough match where Antonio Conte will be fighting for at least a point against one of the best Premier League clubs this season.
Antonio Conte, Chelsea’s manager, is playing in a surprising formation where he is benching Willian and Eden Hazard, and starting with two strikers up front, Oliver Giroud and Alvaro Morata.
The starting Xl is the following:
Goalkeeper: Thibaut Courtois
Defenders: Andreas Christensen, Gary Cahill (Captain), and Cesar Azpilicueta
Midfielders: Victor Moses, N’Golo Kante, Tiemoue Bakayoko, and Emerson Palmieri
Forward: Pedro, Alvaro Morata, and Oliver Giroud.
Bench: Willy Caballero, Andreas Christensen, Davidde Zappacosta, Cesc Fabregas, Ross Barkley, Willian, Eden Hazard.
It won’t be an easy match at all against one of the best defenses in the Premier League, and one of the best Premier League teams this season as well, and the best team outside of the top six, where Burnley FC are fighting for a Europa League qualification spot.
We expect a very close and tough match, Chelsea should be fighting for a draw, then for a win, which may be a 1-0 win.
