Antonio Conte, Chelsea’s manager, has officially confirmed that Chelsea’s star, Eden Hazard, is injured which gives Chelsea fans a fear of missing him in the upcoming important matches.
Conte has confirmed that Hazard will be a doubt for tomorrow’s clash in the FA Cup first match this season against Norwich City away from home after picking up a calf injury.
The Belgium international, Eden Hazard, was one of the key players against Arsenal two days ago in the London Derby where the Blues drew 2-2 in the last seconds of the match. Eden Hazard has scored the first goal for Chelsea to equalize the score to 1-1 before Chelsea leading and then Arsenal’s defender, Hector Bellerin, scored the equalizer to get away two points from Chelsea.
The 26 years old is a doubt for tomorrow’s clash at the Carrow Road, even though he isn’t expected to start anyways, but won’t even be on the bench. Knowing that such matches are very critical, and the team that loses will be knocked out directly. Unless it’s a draw, then a second leg will be played to decide the winner.
Chelsea is expected to be playing tomorrow with Willian, Pedro, and Michy Batshuayi in the offensive line to rest the key stars for the Arsenal clash on the 10th of January in the Carabao Cup semi-final in a match the Antonio Conte will look to win to boost the confidence in the squad after the bad performance in the Premier League against Arsenal.
