Real Madrid just got bad news today after confirming that Chelsea is in advanced negotiations for a five years contract for Real Madrid target.
The Belgian journalist, Kristof Terreur, who reports for Het Laatste Nieuws has confirmed that Chelsea is on the edge of signing a new five years contract with the Belgian star, Thibaut Courtois, who is Real Madrid’s target after failing to sign David De Gea from Manchester United.
The reporter has confirmed today, Thursday, that the Belgian goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois, is interested in signing a new five years contract with his current club and Premier League champions, Chelsea FC, knowing that other news sources today suggest that this action is to put pressure on Real Madrid to sign him sooner instead of losing him if he signs the new contract.
Thibaut Courtois has maintained to keep 10 clean sheets this season, alongside with Manchester United’s goalkeeper David De Gea, and Manchester City’s goalkeeper, Ederson. Thibaut Courtois is considered one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League and in the world as well.
The ex Atletico Madrid goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois, is unlikely to leave Chelsea in January because he won’t be able to play in the Champions League with Real Madrid, but he may leave in summer after the world cup, but signing a new contract could mean that his future will be at the Stamford Bridge.
