Chelsea 2-1 Bournemouth Players Ratings, Man Of The Match. Crazy Match

A tough match for the Blues against Bournemouth FC in the Carabao Cup quarterfinal where the Blues won 2-1 at Stamford Bridge to reach the semifinal of the EFL Cup in a crazy match in its last minutes where Bournemouth equalized, then Chelsea scored by their striker, Alvaro Morata, on the 92nd minute.

Caballero: A couple of good saves. 6/10

Rudiger: Was mainly the only good defender today, with Cahill’s shaky form and Ampadu lack of experience. 7/10

Ampadu: Early yellow card after just 2 mins, he needs more experience for sure. 6/10

Cahil: Average match 6/10

Kenedy: Was moving forward and crossing and was behind the first goal with an amazing backheel. 7/10

Zappacosta: Shaky sometimes, but average match considering he played while being ill. Booked as well. 5/10

Fabregas:  Always magical passes and an amazing assist for the first goal. Booked 6/10

Drinkwater:  Tried to do his best. 5/10

Batshuayi: Seemed trying to score and gain Conte’s confidence again, but missed the final touch. 6/10

Pedro: Was trying to score, but many times he was losing the ball when going forward. Subbed after one hour. 5/10

Willian: One early goal and was always dangerous and causing trouble to Bournemouth defenders. 7/10




Bakayoko: Average 5/10

Hazard: Was dangerous and impressed, as usual. Amazing assist in the last minutes of the match. 6/10

Morata: Tried to go forward and try to score and secure the result, and got Chelsea to the semi-final. 6/10

Man of the match: Kenedy deserves a mention for his performance today, Willian as well, but Morata deserves to be the man of the match after securing the qualification for the Blues in the last seconds.

Antonio Conte (manager):  A good with the least effort. 6/10
