A new manager has emerged as a potential candidate to take charge of the Premier League club, Chelsea FC, during this summer after Mauricio Sarri’s deal seems collapsed between the two clubs after Chelsea refused to pay the full release clause Napoli FC are asking for Mauricio Sarri.
Chelsea FC are in the process of changing their manager according to several reports after Antonio Conte’s relationship with the board has collapsed after the disagreement of the transfer request last summer during the transfer windows which led to Chelsea failing to qualify for the Champions League.
According to several sources such as the British Sports news network, Sky Sports, the French manager, Laurent Blanc, is set to be named as a Chelsea manager after the negotiations with the Italian club, Napoli FC, has collapsed due to Chelsea not willing to pay the release clause for the Italian manager which is estimated to be around 8million Euros, and they offered just 4million Euros, which Napoli refused and insisted to get the full amount they are asking for.
Laurent Blanc was one of the most successful Paris Saint-German managers, PSG, where he was sacked a couple of seasons back in order to appoint Unai Emery from the Spanish league, La Liga, where he was managing Sevilla, before he gets sacked during this summer and gets appointed to manage the Premier League club, Arsenal FC.
Laurent Blanc emerged as a new potential candidate especially after Zidane, Real Madrid’s manager, resigned, which opens the door for many world-class managers to be candidates and prefer Real Madrid over Chelsea.
