The Blues Chelsea fans have received a major set back in their hopes to improve next season or get a new manager after FIFA have officially banned Chelsea for over a year.
Cehelsea were found guilty in 29 incidents and breaching the article 19 of FIFA that forbids the clubs from signing players under the age of 18, which means that the Premier League giant will be facing sanctions by FIFA.
The sanctions are a ban for two transfer windows, where the club will be heavily affected after going through a bad time and sacking Mauricio Sarri was so close.
This means that Chelsea won’t be able to sign any more players until the summer of 2020, where the Blues can only sell players during the upcoming transfer windows.
This will be a major threat for Chelsea’s future where several players and especially Eden Hazard were close to signing for other clubs, and if they leave Chelsea won’t be able to sign any replacement.
This also means that Chelsea won’t be able to sack Mauricio Sarri, as the new manager won’t be able to sign any players from his choice for next season.
