The Blues Chelsea FC have officially announced a new defender deal ahead of opening the summer transfer window for a Brazilian international player.
The Blues Chelsea FC have announced on their social media and official website that the Brazilian international defender, David Luiz, has officially signed a new extension to his contract where he will be staying at the Stamford Bridge with Chelsea until 2021.
David Luiz has returned to Chelsea three years ago under Antonio Conte, after playing for Paris Saint-German from 2014-2016, knowing that he was playing for Chelsea from the seasons 2011 until 2014 as well.
David Luiz was heavily criticized this season due to some individual mistakes that cost the team the win sometimes, but due to Chelsea’s potential transfer ban, the club would be forced to extend David Luiz’s contract because they won’t be able to sign a new player.
