Chelsea are reported to be targeting one of the most expensive defenders in the world where the Blues Chelsea FC are on the edge of signing him to become the most expensive defender ever, and to beat Van Djik record who moved from the Saints, Southampton FC, to Liverpool FC in the Premier League last winter transfer windows in January.
